Returns and Exchanges
XpressVendor is awesome—are you sure you want to do a return? If you're not a fan, maybe you could offer yours to someone who is.
If your product is defective, please let us know and we will gladly make it right. Please submit a defective-product request for assistance.XpressVendor.com, and ship the defective or damaged item to the address provided below. More details about our limited product warranty are provided below.
If you want to return an item because you no longer desire it, please notify us within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if you do not notify us within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We need a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase to complete your return. If you bought XpressVendor products from a third-party reseller or merchant, please return them to the store.
You will be responsible for your own shipping charges when returning your goods. If you are shipping things valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will get the returned item.
Refunds
We will tell you via email once we have received and reviewed your returned item. We will also tell you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Partial Refunds
We cannot provide partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missed Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company; your refund may take some time to process. If you have already done this and have not received your refund, please visit our help center at help.XpressVendor.com and request to talk with a customer service representative.
Limited warranty.
Who is covered?
The limited warranties given below are non-transferable and apply only to the original end customer. To obtain warranty servicing, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original XpressVendor authorized sales retailer is necessary, unless prohibited by law. The limited warranties provided herein do not cover products purchased through online auction websites. XpressVendor items are only sold by approved retailers who must adhere to XpressVendor's rules, procedures, and quality control standards.
Because XpressVendor cannot guarantee the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, the warranties provided below are only valid for products purchased from XpressVendor or an XpressVendor authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The limited warranties provided herein are in addition to any other legal rights that the original end purchaser may have. These guarantees provide you with particular legal rights, and you may have additional rights that differ by jurisdiction.
WHAT IS COVERED, AND WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
XpressVendor assures that all non-electronic products will be free of faults in workmanship and materials under regular use for the product's lifespan.

90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied with any XpressVendor product that you purchased directly from XpressVendor.com or one of our authorized vendors in the United States, you may request a refund or a replacement product within 90 days of delivery. If you purchased an XpressVendor product in Europe straight from our website and are dissatisfied, you can seek a refund or a replacement product within 30 days of receiving the product.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear of product use; damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; damage to a product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any other product, including, without limitation, damage to any device used in connection with the product.
How to Make a Claim Under This Limited Warranty
Warranty claims must be filed directly with XpressVendor. Please contact Customer Service at cs@XpressVendor.com for assistance. XpressVendor is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during transit to XpressVendor.
